Model portfolios

Portfolio names, objectives, and allocations describe target mixes. Actual holdings change over time and can differ by client. No portfolio can promise to meet its objective.

Digital assets

Digital assets, such as bitcoin, have high price volatility and can lose all value. They have regulatory, custody, and technology risks that differ from stocks and bonds. Read Item 8 of our Form ADV Part 2A before you invest.

Tax preparation credit and referral partner

Iconoclastic Capital does not prepare tax returns. Clients in certain service tiers receive an annual credit toward tax preparation coordinated through our firm. We refer clients who need tax preparation to Redwood Tax and Consultants, LLC, an unaffiliated firm. Neither firm pays the other for referrals. You do not have to use Redwood Tax to receive the credit.
